Does any one know a good Federal attorney who would take a case in Indiana?

I won't get into details, but my brother is is in need of a good federal attorney that does not require the whole fee up front, would let us make payments or something. Help? time is of the essence. He had a Public Defender, but the guy went on vacation at a very crucial time, and he is kind of in the wind right now, and we decided not to wait. We are in desperate need of help!Does any one know a good Federal attorney who would take a case in Indiana?
Contact your county's chapter of the Indiana Bar Association. The link below is the list of all the county's bar associations in Indiana. They will refer the best lawyer for you to fit your legal and financial situation. Remember, as the top of the page says, the Indiana Bar Association itself will not make referrals, the individual bar association for your county will. Good luck.

What's a federal attorney? I'm a lawyer and I've never heard of one.

If you're talking about a good lawyer who is qualified in federal court, no one but a very bad lawyer or a very new lawyer will pick up the case without a big payment in advance. People under indictment tend to get convicted, and once they do, neither they nor their family pays the lawyer anymore. Maybe you can get a second mortgage or something to pay a good lawyer.
Check on martindale.com. You can search attorneys by location and practice area. But doing so will probably cost you time, as the new attorney will move for a continuance to learn the facts of the case.
Yes! Just call on Jesus, he's the best Judge I recommend!
