Is there a time frame that a judge has to make a decision in federal court if a case can remain or be tossed.?

was submitted to court nov 6 has been three months waiting for a decision from the judgeIs there a time frame that a judge has to make a decision in federal court if a case can remain or be tossed.?
Not really. Depends on complexity of case AND the court schedule at your district AND whether the chief justice uses a lash to ensure the stable write their reasons in an expeditious matter. Atty will know this stuff - it is the daily bread 'n butter, after all. Frankly, from where I sit three months doesn't sound too bad. The wheels of justice these days do grind appallingly slowly. Too many fat cats weighing them down, some might say.
