with interference and intimidation of voters in a Federal election. They were caught on camera with a baton in hand. Holder said the case was insufficient for charges. Do you think if the three had been of another ethnic group he would have prosecuted to the full extend of the law? The case was brought and charges filed by the Deputy Attorney General in Pa. It was a slam dunk for violation of F.E.C. laws and a violation of the Constitutional Rights of the voters that were intimidated into not voting. If it would have been white men stopping Obama voters they would have been serving life terms by now. If there had been evidence that supported the charges, they would not have been dropped. The matter had nothing to do with race or ethnicity.
I want to see an explanation of the Justice Dept decision. I haven't seen much on it. It seemed a pretty straightforward case.
