My brother was given a bond in court yesturday (this is a federal case and the charges they have brought up?

are very small) well he was granted a 10,000 bond and has to wear the ankle monitor and all....the prosicution decided to appeal the bond today they are withholding the information as to why they are appealing the bond....is this something I should worry about because they objected the bond yesturday and the judge still granted it.My brother was given a bond in court yesturday (this is a federal case and the charges they have brought up?

this is something i know a little bit about. being a concerned family member that is.


its normal to worry about your brother, as for the case the charges have been laid and the bond granted. I don't know what he has done so I really can't give much advice. If possible try to re-appeal the case when able, and just be there for him and let him know you love him no matter what.


Time really does heal all, including bad behavior. if he learns from what he has done people will see that and go easy on him. best of luck :)
