Ramirez, Leal %26amp; Co. v. City Demonstration Agency 549 F.2nd 97 (9th Cir.1976). The plaintiffs in Ramirez were a Latino accounting firm that was overlooked in its bid to obtain a contract through a HUD-funded program, the Model Cities Program. This case did not address the issues of employment opportunities, but rather the issue of awarding contracts and subcontracts to persons in need.Federal case law?

Here's the link to the case. Have fun.
Isn't that the case of Bert v. Ernie, that established that persons of the same sex or cloth can adopt children?

Or maybe it's the case of In Re The Marriage Of Ho and Beyotch, which established the principle that the wife gets 1/2 of the marital estate, and the kids get the other half, and 50% of the husband's income as alimony, and the other half in chidl support, and husband pays all of her attorney's fees, and she gets a bag of chips.
