If we loose a federal copy-write case, what can they take from us?

My wife has a pending case for selling embroidery designs on e-bay. She olny sold a few, but the case is for $4,000,000. We cant afford an atourney. If we loose, what can they take? Most everything around here is owned by the bank.

Prob need a lawyer if you dont have one. a simple we dont own anything, only a few designs were sold, we agree to never use the design again etc... also some kind of a statement showing that it would cost the company or person who is sueing more money to continue with the law suit than they can possibly get out of you might be a convincing factor.


Honestly thats about all they can really do anyway.
