On this site you can search federal appellate court opinions. For district (trial) courts, you'll most likely need to go to the website for the particular court. Access to cases varies for each court.





The way to get any published federal court opinion is through paid websites, like Westlaw. Of course, there's also the old fashioned way--a law library.
