How much time does it take for a case to move through the federal 9th circuit court and the U.S. Supreme Court?
From the time a case is filed in the circuit Court of Appeals until a decision by the U.S. Supreme Court, it could be a couple of years or more, depending on many factors, including whether certiorari is granted or denied.
